President Barra and Dr. Davron Mukhamadiev agreed to relaunch the Rome Consensus 2.0 initiative and provide a training course for some #RedCross – #RedCrescent Societies in Europe and Central Asia by the end of this year, focusing on the Humanitarian Drug Policy.
The more engaged and committed in drug response will be involved.
